Research Area

My research interests as in theoretical and computational chemistry and the development, deployment, and application of high-end computing technology.  Of particular interest in theoretical and computational chemistry are aspects of highly accurate calculations: methods to avoid the high dimensionality of such calculations; the use of interelectronic coordinates; and reliable treatment of metastable states.  Currently my interest in high-end computing is focussed primarily in life sciences computation, including data analytics and its relevance to the health sciences, medical care, and health policy.
